These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and kiss981 (hereinafter "kiss981", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kiss981 online gaming platform available at https://kiss981.cam and all associated sub-pages, services, software, tools, and features.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the kiss981 Platform, which is personal, non-transferable, and subject to verification.
• "Balance" — the total funds available in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by kiss981 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to authenticate a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" — the kiss981 website, mobile-optimised interface, associated software, and all services accessible at https://kiss981.cam.
• "Real Money Wager" — any bet placed using verified real-money funds (i.e., funds deposited via an approved payment method such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, or similar), as distinct from any promotional or bonus play.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which the Platform's services are prohibited by applicable local law or regulation.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount awarded.

To register and maintain an Account on kiss981, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. kiss981 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity, including access to free-play modes.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering gambling agreements are ineligible.
3. Single Account Policy: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
4. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legally permissible in your location before registering.
5. Accuracy of Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must complete the online registration form and provide all requested information truthfully. kiss981 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage as part of its KYC process, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kiss981 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security.

You must notify kiss981 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kiss981 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

kiss981 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT for eligible accounts). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the Account balance. Indicative processing times are as follows and are provided for guidance only — actual times may vary:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5 to 15 minutes
• Direct Bank Transfer: typically 15 to 60 minutes

kiss981 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's historical deposit and activity patterns.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. kiss981 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Players may not withdraw funds that have been credited as Bonus Funds until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.

All bets and wagers placed on the kiss981 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, which are made available within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and final once confirmation is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's Account Balance. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that bet details (selection, stake, odds) are correct before confirming placement.

6.2 Void Bets

kiss981 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the relevant event has been cancelled or abandoned; (c) settlement cannot be determined with certainty; or (d) the bet was placed using methods that violate these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account Balance.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

kiss981 operates maximum payout limits per event and per Player, which vary by sport, market, and bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.

kiss981 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who satisfy the stated qualification criteria for the specific promotion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim any given welcome or sign-up bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• kiss981 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any accrued rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiss981 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal information without their consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence, or other mechanical or electronic systems to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or software from the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or adversely affects other Players' experience.

All content on the kiss981 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of kiss981 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from kiss981.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiss981, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

In particular, and without limitation, kiss981 accepts no liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any inaccuracies in live odds, scores, or event data supplied by third-party data providers.
• Any financial losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from games of chance.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet KYC requirements or providing false account information.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kiss981's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

kiss981 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between the Platform and each Player.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling compliance purposes.

kiss981 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory bodies as strictly necessary for Platform operations and compliance obligations.

kiss981 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when a set session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and prevent re-registration for a specified period.

kiss981 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification.

kiss981 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• kiss981 suspects fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• A Player fails to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• A Player is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, kiss981 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including Bonus Funds and any Real Money funds where forfeiture is legally permissible in connection with the breach in question (e.g., fraud or provision of false identity).

Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player breach (e.g., regulatory reasons or voluntary closure), any verified real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kiss981 holds its operating licence.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by kiss981 at the time the dispute arises.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

kiss981 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Players will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or via registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where urgent amendments are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, in which case changes may take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
